Today I finished my stool! It looks a little crooked but it's definitely sturdy; several people in our class have tested it and it holds weight pretty well. I expect to be able to spray paint it by next class in order to have it ready to paint some pictures on the seat with acrylic paint the class following this one. I'm glad I learned to use the drill and build this by myself, I'm quite proud.

Today is the day I assembled the stool, I hope to be able to paint it by the end of the period, if not then I'll paint it by next class. Ben has helped me and so far I've had a problem with how stable it actually is and we're working on fixing it but as far as now goes, the stool will no longer have a leg because we're running out of class time... It should be done by next week however.

Today I worked on the stool that I'll be presenting at magnet open house! As one of only 3 girls in our class, I feel as though I should be able to create something simple such as this so when I graduate I can leave something I made behind as a memory/reminder of the past 4 years I've been in this class. My idea is to spray paint it and paint something that represents me on the seat. I should be able to complete it within the next 2 class periods.

Today I worked on further improving my blog as well as on 3D printing something that I can pick up from class tomorrow. I'm also figuring out how else I can improve my senior project and the models it needs to further express the project itself. The project is due sometime in January or February and my teammates and I are looking forward to presenting it at symposium.

Today, I worked on 3D printing some things. It took about an hour to print it. I learned that scaling it down and trying to remove the support material is very difficult unless you have pliers. Working on 3D printing again next week.

Today I worked on further researching what we can use to improve our solar power. We'd probably use Nano Material because it seems to make the most sense. We'll further work on this process but I need to speak to my team mates.
