Based on the data I was able to gather, placing two of the cheapest solar panels on the magnet building roof would provide this type of efficiency, the only problem is that this is just some information gathering based on the school so there is no real price or efficiency for a normal house. My team's goal is to improve the efficiency while also maintaining the cheap price for the panel so people can get the best savings for their money.
